Carrington57, features a collection of 24 boutique apartments and 3 commercial tenancies located in the heart of Palmyra. Meticulously designed to thoughtfully integrate with the surrounding neighbourhood, through use of familiar materials and breakdown of built form. Carrington57 offers diversity and focuses on establishing a strong sense of community and place within a vibrant area.
Careful consideration to the site design, to incorporate the building within internal open spaces, was undertaken to provide a strong positive climate response, a sense of openness, and reduce overall bulk of the development.
Apartments are extremely space-efficient, and the complex makes excellent use of the land available. The overall design intent was to create a sense of community within the development, thanks to communal areas acting as extensions to apartment living areas, encouraging interaction and familiarity between neighbours
